| About Camp Ta Ta Pochon |
Making a commitment to a healthier lifestyle is more important now than ever. You
and your family can start
by attending YMCA’s beautiful Camp Ta Ta Pochon located
in the San Bernardino Mountains. Activities include archery, arts & crafts,
riflery, climbing wall, morning nature hikes, mountain biking, low ropes challenge
course, swimming pool activities, canoeing and fishing at Jenks Lake, evening campfire,
morning inspiration, healthy meals, twilight activities, fitness classes, and more.
Everyone will learn about healthy eating habits, staying fit, and having fun!
The goal is for everyone to experience:
- Meaningful daily relationships with caring staff
- Programs and activities that stimulate positive growth and development;
- A set of values for living, and clear expectations and boundaries; and
- Opportunities to be of service to others while playing a meaningful role in community
life.
By making a deeper commitment to bring out the best in young people and families,
YMCA’s aim to create stronger, healthier communities where everyone has a voice
and everyone’s contribution is important.
