TAI CHI (Taai Gihk)
Tai Chi is one of the major internal styles of KUNG Fu. It has been practiced extensively by the Chinese since the 16th Century as a means of keeping fit. During the 1900s, the most important sequences of traditional Tai Chi were simplified for Western Practice. Movements are taught to harmonious Chinese music. The goals are to promote better health and long life as well as self-defense. Open to persons 15 years & older.

The ancient Asian Martial Arts are fighting form designed especially for self- defense. They are also exciting, competitive activities that promote health, strength, and a sense of fair play. The goal of Martial Arts training is the achievement of metal, physical, and spiritual strength. An experienced Black Belt instructor will see that you learn at a pace that's best for you. The class is open to persons ages five and up.
