Children
under 48 inches in height must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years
or older. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

be 14 years or older.
Watercise
Exercise Class (WTRCISE)
"Watercize"
is the perfect class to get back into condition while in the comfort
and security of the water. You can work-out in 3'6" deep
to 5' deep water, never "go under, and you don't have to know
how to swim. The class is designed for water resistant excercises,
using a variety of hand-held pieces of equipement to enhance the
resistance. A fun filled challenging class chucked full of
fun filled gregarious members. Open to all age levels.
Arthritis
Aquatic Program (ARTH)
Co-sponsored
by your YMCA and So .California Chapter of the National Arthritis
Foundation. Participants are led by trained instructors through
specially designed exercises which may help improve joint flexibility,muscle
strength, and relieve pain. This
program encourages social interaction, improve muscular strength,
endurance, and flexibility, maintain independance, manage pain and
relieve symptoms of arthritis. Classes are on-going, come
any day of the week. {except sunday}
