CIRCUIT TRAINING A program designed for the weight & conditioning room on Tuesday through Friday, 11:15 am to 11:45am, and again from 12:00 noon to 12:30pm. Trainers will take you through a combination of weight resistance and cardio exercises that will give you a head to toe work out in just thirty minutes. SILVER SNEAKERS® (PacifiCare Codes.) Health Dimensions offer a seated variety of exercises to increase muscle strength, range of motion skills and activities for daily living (ADL) utilizing weights, elastic tubing, and balls. ABS/PILATES This is a newer fitness program at the YMCA. Isolation, strengthening and toning the core muscles, concentrating on the abdominal is the emphasis of the class.
CARDIO TAI CHI Holistic/Cross
Training, Incorporating Tai Chi "whole Body" Integration
movements. This class works toward 1) stress reduction, 2)
weight management, 3) balance & coordination, cardio-vascular
health, self defense and training for sports enhancement.
Provides an attractive supplemental alternative activity to standard
or routine aerobics and/or Tai Chi/martial Arts.
